Bio 7
The Bio 7 is an efficient replacement for traditional static spray balls as it uses lower volumes of liquid compared to the static spray ball counterpart. The Bio 7 is particularly well suited for sanitary applications and can be used in tanks ranging from 5 m3 to 50 m3 (1,300 to 13,000 gallons). Application and optimal positioning assistance is available from Orbijet, Inc. engineering in CAD format where needed.
The flow of of the cleaning media through the Bio 7 creates an adverse force that sets the rotating sphere of the Bio 7 to be set in rotation. An increase in pressure/flow will cause the sphere to rotate faster. The spraying pattern of the Bio 7 is produced in either 360°, 270°up, 180°down, and 180°up. The spray itself is a vibrating flow of fluid that is compacted into sheets with higher impact and longer distances compared to static spray balls. The Bio 7 is self-cleaning hygienically designed cleaning device.
